The longest non-metallic vertical cantilever pump as well as the largest horizontal non-metallic pump made by MUNSCH Chemie-Pumpen GmbH has been shown to the Visitors during the 29th ACHEMA in Frankfurt – Germany.

A new vertical cantilever pump type TPC and a horizontal pump type MUNSCH MAMMUT could be seen during the one week exhibition. With a vertical setting depth of 1800 mm, the redesigned pump type TPC exceeds all previously known non-metallic cantilever pumps in terms of setting depth and hydraulic performance.

Also the MUNSCH MAMMUT is the largest non-metallic horizontal pump, performing a capacity of up to 2000 m³/h and a differential head of up to 70 m.

The MUNSCH state of the art hydraulics for the semi-open and closed impellers can provide distinctive advantages regarding to:

-          good suction conditions realised through low NPSH-values

-          minimum mechanical vibration of the pump components

-          long service life of antifriction bearings

-          low operating noise levels

These and other advantages of MUNSCH pumps could be shown to the visitors from different countries all over the world.
